Amitraz USP – 12.5% w/v Exciplents
Indications for use
- AT-12.5 is a potent miticide for veterinary fields for
- the control of susceptible ticks, fleas and lice
- including organophosphorus and synthetic
- Dyrethroid resistant strains on cattleand manage on Fishes.
Whithdrawaltimes
Meat: 7 days after the last treatement.
Milk: 4 days afterthe last treatment.
Dosage
- Cattle: 1000ml per 500 litres water.
- Cattle ticks (Boophllus microplus)
- treat at intervals of 19-21 days.
- New Zealand Cattle ticks (Haemaphysalls longicrnis)
- Treat at intervals of 7-21 days.
- Paralysis ticks (lxides holocyclus)
- Treat at intervals of 7 – 10 days.
Pigs: 1000ml per 250 litres of water
Dog: Bath with 250-500ppm solution (mix 20 to 4 ml of this solution with one liter of water) Do not use let it dry. Lower concentration may be used for sarcoptic manage and higher concentration for demodectic manage (or) as advised by veterinaman.
For Fish: 100ml/ a Acre (6 feet Depth) (or) as advised by an aqua consultant.
